The two days

Day 1

Who are we?
  • The goal: what should be different in the team three months from now?
  • The DiSC model and the four styles
  • Your own DiSC profile
  • The team map: where does each of you stand?
  • Dinner together

In the evening

Team building in the dark

After dinner we go out into the dark. In groups of 4–5 you find your way together on an outdoor task of about three hours. Nobody runs, and the group always stays together. One observer in each group takes notes on what happens.

Day 2

What do we do now?
  • The evening seen in the light of the DiSC profiles
  • Feedback across styles
  • The difficult conversations, practised with an AI sparring partner
  • The user manual: one page about how to work best with you
  • The team's three agreements and a plan for the next six weeks

Afterwards: an AI team interpreter for 90 days, a small weekly mission for six weeks, the team map as a poster and a 1:1 guide for the manager. The profiles are Everything DiSC®.

The price depends on the number of participants and excludes VAT, travel, accommodation and meals. The calculator on the Danish page shows the price in DKK for your number.
